Original Bavarian Sausage Salad
* Bologna sausage (pork) * 2 onions * 100ml sunflower oil * 200ml brandy vinegar * 1 tablespoon of pepper *
2 tablespoons of salt * gherkins * a little chive *
a little sugar
Cut the sausage and the onions in little slices. Cut Gherkins and chives also into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl. Add pepper, salt and a little of sugar and finally the oil and the vinegar. Stir everything well. Good appetite!
A recipe for the beer garden: “named Erdapfelkaas”
Ingredients for 8 people:
1,5kg of floury potatoes, 1 cup of cream,
1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of herbal-cream-fraiche
2 big onions, Salt, black pepper, some chives
Cook the potatoes softly with the skin, peel and press them hot through the press. Stir in the cream, the sour cream and the crème-fraiche. Finally chop the onions and stir into the Kaas. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives!
2 avocados, ripe
1 tomato – deseeded and very finely sliced
1 small onion, red and very finely sliced
1 tbs coriander leaves, fresh, finely choppped
1 bit garlic – squeezed or grated
1 lime (2 halves) – freshely squeezed
½ jalapeno, small, deseeded, very finely sliced
Sea salt and black pepper
Instruction: First you take a small bowl, half the advocado, remove the pit and dissolve the pulp with a spoon. Then squeeze half of the lime over it and mash with a fork to a fine mush.
Remove the core of the tomatoe and cut it in cubes. Slice the red onion and the jalapeno (without seeds) finely and finally chop the coriander.
Add all ingredients to the avocado mush. Squeeze or grate the garlic clove over it. Squeeze out the second half of the lime and mix everything again. Season with salt and black pepper.
ICEcream (very simple)
You need: 2 egg yolks, 70g sugar, ¼ l whipped cream
Then: whip the cream and the egg yolks with sugar. Add some jam and / or fresh fruits. Mix everything together. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Ready to enjoy!
